Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and create a Fun and Memorable Experience
  • Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times
  • Responsible for facilitating activities such as bowling, games, parties and banquets depending on the department you may be hired for
  • Maintain on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of work location, public areas and service areas.
  • Exhibit the ability to engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions and providing outstanding service.
  • Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
  • Attend all scheduled meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age 
  • Possess and maintain a current knowledge of the Center's facilities and activities; including the services and products for guest purchase
  • Ability to operate computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment if required
  • A minimum of 6 months prior job experience with cash handling and public interaction responsibilities is preferred
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
  • Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service. 
  • Well-groomed, neat appearance and must abide by the Center's grooming standards
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and Holidays
