We operate ten locations of traditional bowling and entertainment centers in a four-state region of MO (Andy B's Springfield, Buckhorn Lanes, Starlite Lanes), OK (Andy B's Tulsa, Broken Arrow Lanes, Heritage Lanes), TN (Andy B's Bartlett, Funquest, Winchester Bowl), and AR (Midland Bowl).

Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for promoting Andy B’s as the premiere destination for all who seeks great food & fun. This is done in our center directly with guests by cross promoting all the ways to meet and celebrate at Andy B’s, and also outside in the community with trade shows, community events and effective visits to prospective clients. Works with all Department Managers and crew, and reports to the Center Manager. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop & promote social bowling clubs for casual bowlers.
  • Develop ways to enhance the experience of guests across all time periods through fun, engaging contests and more.
  • Promote client testimonials through social media channels and other means of PR.
  • Build and leverage strong, lasting relationships with internal and external guests.
  • Attend and engage in weekly sales meetings.
  • Facilitate Teambuilder events – must be outgoing/understand how to take command!
  • Create photo & video content for marketing as instructed.
  • Manage reputation across all digital & social channels regarding Andy B’s.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions.
  • Conduct Site Visits and Tours to sell the Andy B’s Experience.
  • Holds themselves accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
  • Represent the Andy B’s brand with a professional appearance.
  • Lead or sometimes assist direction for Andy B’s at trade shows & community events.
  • Recognize core competencies of the company and make decisions to reflect those competencies.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • Excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Proficient in computer software including Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM
  • Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong people skills and customer focused attitude
  • High-level communication skills
  • Adaptable to business and team needs and changes
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure
