 Job Summary

To greet, direct, and monitor guests; answer questions, resolve problems, keep guest areas clean, help with bowling scoring systems, ramps, and anything else the guest needs to have a great experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet guests and create a Fun and Memorable Experience
  • Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated
  • Responsible for facilitating activities such as bowling, desk, parties, and banquets depending on the department you may be hired for.
  • Maintain on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of work location, public areas and service areas.
  • Exhibit the ability to engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions and providing outstanding service.
  • Perform all applicable opening, midday or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
  • Attend all scheduled meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Possess and maintain a current knowledge of the Company's facilities and activities; including the services and products for guest purchase.
  • Ability to operate a computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment if required.
  • A minimum of 6 months prior job experience with cash handling and public interaction responsibilities is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions.
  • Well-groomed, neat appearance and must abide by the Company's grooming standards.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and Holidays.
