Job Functions: What you’ll be doing: You will be part of a team that delivers exceptional guest services every time, every visit. 

  • Greet every guest with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiasm. *Ideally within 10 ft.
  • Ask questions to determine guest needs, provide solutions, and assign open lanes.
  • Operate cash drawer, process payments and provide receipts for all transactions.
  • Provide guest rental shoes and direct them to their lanes.
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and handle lane malfunction calls; including operations of lane intercom and/or radio.
  • Answering phone and addressing all customers questions and concerns.
  • Organize, inspect, and clean rental shoes and notify the manager of any defects.
  • Is responsible for the cleanliness of all areas.
  • Responsible for upselling and suggestive selling of centers products.
  • Manage the center’s promotional materials and ensure their validity.
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding overall “mystery shopper” center’s experience.
  • Attend all scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.
  • May open or close center upon the direction of management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: What you’ll bring

  • High School or GED.
  • A minimum of six months guest service and cash & credit card handling experience.
  • Ability to handle basic math calculations.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions.
  • Abide by the center’s dress code policy.
