Job Summary

To greet, direct and monitor guests; answer questions, resolve problems, and perform various control desk operations to ensure every guest has a great experience!

Your Responsibilities

  • Greet guests when entering and leaving establishments.
  • Create a Fun and Memorable Experience for all guests.
  • Communicate with a smile and enthusiasm to all guests.
  • Make guests feel appreciated.
  • Manage bowling lane inventory with guests assigning lanes, rent shoes, and guests out.
  • Maintain on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of work location, public areas and service areas.
  • Exhibit the ability to engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions and providing outstanding service.
  • Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions using the cash/computer register.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Be a vibrant, smart, engaging, fun loving rock star.
  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Ability to operate computer, cash register & credit card verification equipment if required
  • A minimum of 6 months prior job experience with cash handling and public interaction responsibilities is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-team members, guests, & management.
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Attention to detail & strong organizational ability.
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and Holidays.
  • Ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions.
